Sat, 17 November 2007 ![]() Hello All and welcome to Watko Air If you look out of the window to your left you'll be able to see Golden Square and the future residence of Lord Iain of Lee. Now here's the deal with this weeks effort - its very long, nearly 35 minutes. So in podcast terms this is an epic. Not on the same level as Doctor Zhivago but you know what I mean. I was faced with either splitting it into two and doing a QT. Therefore calling into question my artistic crediblity but allowing the listener the relief of only having to concentrate for half the time. Or put it all out and damb those Miramax mogals! So here it is - in full, enjoy! Add Uncle Paco on myspace and facebook - use his pages to comment and if you want to be retro just leave comments on this page. Watko PS Really pleased Shindiggery is back up and running - check Iain Lee's superior podcast http://iainlee.libsyn.com PSS Don't forget we're also on ITUNEs Comments[5] |

Fri, 16 November 2007 ![]() Hello, Welcome to the weekend :) As a special prezzie I thought I'd post CAMCASTq2. The last time you heard him on his own he was begging for forgiveness after not inviting Watko and Producer Si to his 18th Birthday party - because we're too old! The f**king cheek :) Anyways, he's back and this time he's armed with great topics. Enjoy - if anything I think this is a relaxation special and I'm looking forward greatly to CAMCASTq3. This man is Legend!!!! Watko PS 'What The Hell Is Going On Here?' 8 is in post production and should be here very shortly unless it starts chatting to a postman. Wowzers! Comments[1] |
Sat, 10 November 2007 ![]() And I've got such a long way to goooooooooooooooooo to make it to the border of Mexico. Welcome One and All, I'm expecting that after the flood of downloads for the Exclusive Iain Lee interview we're back to normal now so hi to the regular weekly crew (including a special mention for LeeRoy). Right for the record this podcast also features the same interview which was uploaded on Thursday Nov 8th - there is a little bit more of the chat with Iain but I've edited out a few minutes worth because both James and I sounded like cocks! Things not included were Iain not understanding what a chip cob was - thinking I said a chip cock and a bit about Timothy Clay Pole. So you're not missing much - I promise. So this week get ready for the return of Uncle DJ Otzi and Uncle Paco, A James Emergency Voxpop, Ian's Diet Dream, Iain Lee plus Mutley! May I take this opportunity to point you in the direction of a couple of fantastic websites.... Iain Lee Presents Shindiggery - http://iainlee.libsyn.com And also www.laughriot.co.uk Cheers James and Watko PS Thanks to Prod Si and Cam for some excellent behind the scenes work this week. PSS Chip Cob is slang for Chip Buttie PSSS If you get time post some comments people :)

Mon, 5 November 2007 ![]() Hello small band of loyal and not so loyal listeners. This is a quick note to say how sorry we are that Mr Lee has parted company with ***. As you are probably aware this is very much an Iain Lee inspired thang and when we heard the news we were knocked off our feet and are only just recovering. We at Watko's Towers wish him all the best in the future and hope to hear him back on the radio very soon. A sad day but its not the end its just the beginning. Onwards and Upwards Watko, James, Prod Si and Cam :) PS Iain is to appear on TittyBANGBANG which I believe hits our screens this coming Sunday 11th November on BBC THREE 10pm So you see all is not lost , Party Party Party Time :) Category: general -- posted at: 4:33 PM Comments[2] |

Sat, 20 October 2007 Welcome, Welcome, Welcome! 'Looks like we made it, look how far we've come now baby' Nothing better can sum up the pure excitement of making it to Watko's 'WTHIGOH?' 5 than these lyrics from a classic Shania Twain song. What can I say other than its longer this week and there's more Mutley. Plus the worst phone call ever made to Iain Lee's Good Evening Show talking about the forgettable filmic masterpiece that is The Postman. Lap up dear friends while you still can because the well is starting to runneth dry. Watko :)

Sat, 6 October 2007 ![]() Welcome kind people, welcome! Following the critically acclaimed Episode 2 now follows Watko's 'WTHIGOH?' 3. Granted the last one didn't get a particularly high listenership but we continue through these uncertain times. This week James and Ian discuss visitations, cause controversy, launch email address, ramble on about Zombies and argue. Plus Gangster Chef Uncle Paco joins the team with a new recipe. Wipe your feet when you enter but because we're rebels leave your shoes on. Pips! Watko
